  • All tags, labels, accessories, and invoices are included.

  • Innerwear and intimate apparel.
  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Products damaged due to misuse by the customer.

3. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a confirmation email.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

4. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos/videos of the product.
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

6. Exchange Policy

We currently offer exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, subject to stock availability.

7. Shipping Charges

  • Return shipping is free for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
  • For other approved returns, shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
