Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos/videos of the package before opening.
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- Provide your order number and proof of damage.
We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking status shows delivered but you have not received the package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
We will coordinate with the courier partner to investigate the issue.
